The line bore welder machine is one series of portable onsite machine tools manufactured by JDA. We have two models LBW450 and LBW600 as options. The LBW450 is designed for inner bore welding overlay only, and LBW600 is able to support multiple welding overlay functions including inner bore welding, external diameter welding and bore end surface welding. They usually work together with our portable line boring machine for achieving both line boring and welding operations in one portable line borer system.
Our line bore welder machine need work with MIG welding machine. The gas requirement is the mixed gas of 70% carbon dioxide and 30% argon. They also can be installed separately by own equipped mounting bracket without our portable line boring equipment. The LBW450 auto bore welder machine supports internal hole welding up to 450mm diameter, and the LBW600 portable bore welding machine supports internal hole welding up to 600mm diameter.
