Product Summary
Our component-based boring and welding machine is specifically designed for onsite repair at remote places in the field, with the component-based design, it provides easier installation and transportation between different job sites, having great adaptability under demanding situations.
It is equipped with three boring bars, one boring bar of them is 1600mm in length, the other two boring bars can be connected together in length of 350mm and 400mm. With the three boring bars, ensuring workers can perform working within constrained space at different positions.
With its high integration and portability, easy for a single person to carry or transport to various harsh field environment, It is a preferred tool for on site machining service.
With multifunctional boring and welding capabilities, which can enlarge and correct bores that are worn, deformed or damaged, restoring their dimensional accuracy, roundness and surface finish, providing a qualified foundation for installing new components.
Automatic bore welding function, The damaged area can be done by overlay welding before boring, or reinforced by welding after repair.
