FH60 line boring facing head designed by JDA is an optional component of our BB65600 portable line boring equipment. The facing tool is at any position on the boring bar and supports cutting tool when it undergoes end face machining. It features mechanical feed design with the feed rate range of 0 to 0.5mm revolution. The facing head weighs estimated 22KGS. It is more compact and space-saving for rotation within a narrow space.
It is suitable for 60mm diameter portable boring bar with maximum facing diameter up to 650 mm (25.59 inch). It is an efficient and powerful tool for machining flat surfaces, machining flanges, mounting faces, and other end facing machining jobs.
Our FH60 line boring facing head can be installed directly on the boring shaft after boring operations. So both boring and end facing machining operation can be completed in one installation.
