JDA BB2200 hydraulic boring machine is supplied with standard hydraulic power drive unit at 18.5kw. It can cover large boring diameter range of 380 mm to 2200 mm (14.96 inch to 86.61 inch) on site. On-site boring helps minimize costly downtime and reduce transportation expenses. It will be a perfect in situ machining solution that helps maintain critical production equipment and avoids excessive damages on heavy equipment. Besides hydraulic power, servo power can be used as an alternative power source for certain unacceptable on-site environment.
BB2200 hydraulic line boring machine features a robust construction mounting bracket. The robust mounting bracket has high strength bearing inside and fine adjustment centering boring bar function. This feature allows onsite technicians to complete installation as soon as possible.
The optional facing attachment (line bore facing tool) of hydraulic boring machine allows operators to perform on-site face machining on flanges, mounting surfaces, and end faces for ensuring proper sealing, alignment, and assembly without additional equipment. The line boring facing head can achieve the same function as our portable portable flange facing machine for some simple and basic surfacing machining operations.
