The BB3000 portable hydraulic line boring machine is able to handle boring capacity from 500 mm to 3000 mm (19.68 inch to 118.11 inch). Our portable boring machine features a intuitive operation, robust construction, and highly portable design designed for in situ machining. The onsite machinists is capable of handling demanding repair jobs with ease while minimizing costly equipment downtime.
The rotation unit and feed unit of this onsite boring machine is made of premium high strength worm gear and bearings inside. This provides assurance for long-term use of the field boring machine. Its rotation unit is able to be installed at any location of boring bar, and the feed unit can be stalled at both ends of boring bar with different mechanical feed options.
The maximum boring bar length of BB3000 hydraulic line boring machine can be up to 10 meters, and customized boring bar length is available. Its feed lead screw is inside the whole length of boring bar, so the boring stroke of traveling boring head is same as the length of boring bar.
BB3000 hydraulic line bore machine is able to be installed in vertical, horizontal or inclined position for the diverse field machining conditions. The recommended power unit is hydraulic station 25hp with two pieces hydraulic oil hose at 10 meters each. There is also a remote hand control box for start, emergency stop, adjust speed. and optional power is unit servo motor 10hp with a planetary reducer and electrical control box. Its space-saving structure is ideal for confined and on-site machining environments.
