Our BB65600 portable line boring machine is supplied with high rigid boring bar, sturdy mounting support kit, advanced rotational drive unit (RDU), axial feed unit (AFU), diverse power unit options, and other relevant attachments. This model of our portable boring machine can deal with different bores at boring capacity of up to 600 mm (23.62 inch). The boring capability easily handles common bore diameters on the different equipment in multiple industries. Our portable line boring equipment can be extended to integrated bore repair system including inline boring and inner bore overlay welding. The optional facing head attachment can deal with surface with maximal facing diameter of up to 650mm (25.59 inches).

The most selling boring bar length is 2000 mm for basic boring spacing among a single bore or multiple bores. Other boring bar length of 2500 mm, 3000 mm, 3500 mm, 4000 mm, 5000 mm, 6000 mm are available for some specific long boring spaces.
- Advanced Rotational Unit and Feed Unit
The rotational unit and feed unit can be mounted at any position on the boring bar, either side or center of boring bar. So JDA line boring equipment has more installation options to adapt to more machining positions.
- Flexible Power Unit Options
The preferred power unit is electric motor for small bores or small-scale machining. The hydraulic power unit is recommended if it is a large-hole boring or large-scale machining.
- Optional Facing Head Accessory
Two models of facing head accessories are as options. The smaller model can make facing diameter range from 80 mm to 380 mm (3.14 inch to 14.96 inch). The larger one can make facing diameter range from 150 mm to 650 mm (5.90 inch to 25.59inch).
- Extendable Boring Capacity
The boring capacity can be extended to minimal 35mm (1.37 inch) by adding a diameter φ30 mm boring bar and other matching accessories.
- Extendable Inner Bore Overlay Welding Ability
Our portable line boring tool can be extended to build-up welding function by working with our auto line bore welder machine. Some machinists will have more options for bore repair.
