The boring bar is made of integral alloy structural steel, which undergoes tempering, surface hardening, multiple stress-relieving tempering and surface electroplating with chromium, resulting in high strength and good wear resistance.

The deep hole reaming machine has these characteristics including portability, lightweight, high rigidity, high precision, and compact structure, exhibiting excellent stability, durability, and dynamic response. It boasts strong power and step less speed regulation with constant torque across all speed ranges. It has high cutting force capability, achieving a depth of cut up to 3mm single radius during roughing. And it can achieve high precision machining results with surface roughness of Ra1.6 to 3.2.
