JDA manual flange facer machine is specially designed for onsite flange face repair. It adopts hand driven power, no rely on external power supply, which is ideally suitable for petrochemical and gas industries. Our portable, lightweight and compact hand driven flange facer is ideal for quickly resurfacing pipes and flanges in workshops fabrication or on-site machining.
Its versatile function is capable of performing restoration on flat face flange (RF flange), raised face flange (FF flange) and lens ring flange for achieving required flange sealing surface in piping industry.
The lightweight hand power flange facer weighs only 7 kg. And it is supplied with a suitcase for easy storage and carrying, the total package weight is only 14 kg. It features a self-centering expansion mechanism that locks securely inside the flange inner bore.
Our mini manual flange facer machine enables quick setup and machining to be completed by a single operator due to its user friendly mechanical mechanism design. The installation and machining process usually take only half an hour by the experienced operators. The operators can easily master it with just a few simple practice sessions according to operating manual.
