Our BB1500 portable hydraulic line boring machine is driven by hydraulic power that is more strong and stable than other power supply. The hydraulic power unit is 25 Hp (18.5Kw) and voltage options have 220v, 380v, 415v, 480v and 575v. Every hydraulic boring machine is equipped with a hand control box. This ensures that machinists can operate the machine more easily on-site at a long distance.
The BB1500 hydraulic line boring machine offers boring diameter range from 230 mm to 1500 mm (9.05 inch to 59.05 inch). Its feed lead screw is inside along the boring bar. So the boring stroke depends on the boring bar length. This featured design is ideal for bores at a long distance in heavy industrial equipment applications.
The boring bar of portable hydraulic line boring machine is made of high alloy structural steel for achieving strict straightness, hardness and rigidity. These are crucial factors in ensuring accuracy at specified machining requirements. Boring bar length is available up to 10 meters.
