Our vertical line boring machine is a portable machining system specifically designed for vertical axis bore repair, where the boring bar operates in a vertical direction. The boring machine is ideal for applications in which bores are naturally aligned vertically, such as pivot points, mounting holes, and structural joints of heavy equipment.
Vertical line boring takes advantage of gravity-assisted alignment, the boring bar is allowed to remain naturally centered and stable during machining. So it is particularly effective repair method for on-site repair of worn or misaligned vertical bores in construction, mining, and industrial equipment.
With a compact and modular design, the vertical mobile line boring machine enables in situ machining to be done directly on installed components or equipment, eliminating the need of disassembly or workshop transport. At the same time, it maintains high precision and repeatability.
