The portable small milling machine is fully driven by hydraulic power system including milling spindle head, x axis feed type, and y axis feed type. We also are able to do modification or customization on field machining equipment.
The portable field milling machine is with 3 axis. And the mobile milling machine integrates manual feed and automatic feed together. The hydraulic power system and automatic feed system are perfect for a large number of small area machining operations and on-site surface milling jobs with the limited operating space.
The SM500 small portable milling machine is manufactured with x axis travel of 500 mm (19.6 inches), y axis travel of 200 mm (7.8 inches), and z axis travel of 150 mm (5. inch). The rotation rpm of milling spindle head is at the range of 0 to 700. It is designed with mt3 taper can clamp maximum face mill cutter head 80 mm (3.1 inches) in diameter.
The standard power drive system options of the portable 3 axis milling machine are hydraulic or servo. The power is supplied with 7.5 kw pump station if the customer require hydraulic power system. And the power is supplied with 1.7 kw motor if the customer requires electric power system.
