The MM6500i circular milling machine utilizes pre-loaded high precision bearing to eliminate internal clearance and improve spindle rigidity. It ensures higher machining accuracy, better surface finish, reduced vibration, and more stable cutting performance during heavy-duty flange milling operations.
The rotation milling arm can be adjusted to suitable fixed position to adapt to different rotational spaces.
The mounting system with leveling feet enables the operators to center and level the circular mill easier, fast and accurately after the circular mill machine is mounted in the flange bore.
The portable circular mill machine has different configuration options: inner diameter mounting, face mounting or outer diameter mounting to adapt to the machining requirements of different work-pieces.
The optional spindle mounting swivel plate enables the milling spindle head to rotate 360°.
The optional grinding head is also can be configured for fine grinding and surface sealing finish based on customers' requirements.
The supplied adjustable counterweight ensure the precise balance can be achieved, especially for vertical milling position.
The portable flange milling machine also has the different cutter to achieve the maximum milling size per revolution. The maximum cutter 250 mm in diameter is available if the milling spindle head is manufactured with #50 tapper.
